POF shrink film center folded

POF shrink film is a five layer polyolefin shrink web used for multipack, box overwrap and retail bundling. It shrinks evenly at low temperature, gives a clear glossy pack and does not become brittle in cold storage, making it the standard alternative to PVC shrink film.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Thickness, fold type, width, perforation, printed logo and anti-fog grade are available. Sample roll for machine trial can be supplied.
