PE stretch film for pallet wrapping

PE stretch film is a linear low density polyethylene web used to unitise pallets for shipment. It stretches and clings to itself, holds cartons tight without straps and protects goods from dust and moisture during container loading.

Length: 1-5 kg per roll, 200-1,000 m
Surface treatment: one side cling, other side slip
Packing: carton of 4 or 6 rolls

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Thickness, width, roll weight, hand or machine grade, black or clear and printed film are available.
