self adhesive tear tape for carton

Self adhesive tear tape is a narrow BOPP strip with a pressure sensitive adhesive, applied to film and paper laminates so the consumer can open the pack with one pull. It is used on cigarette cartons, coffee packs, biscuit wrappers and courier bags.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Width from 2 mm, colour, laser effect, printing, adhesive strength and roll length can be set to line requirement.
