TTR wax resin barcode ribbon

Wax resin thermal transfer ribbon is a general purpose ribbon for barcode labels printed on coated paper and synthetic label stock. It balances sharp edge definition with good smudge resistance, so it suits logistics, retail and warehouse labels printed at medium speed.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Width, length, ink grade, core size and colour can be supplied. Resin grade available for synthetic and film labels.
