BOPP slitting machine for film rolls

Film slitting machine is a compact slitter rewinder that cuts jumbo BOPP, BOPET, CPP and POF rolls into finished widths for printing, lamination and tape converting. It is built for workshops that buy master rolls and need accurate slit reels with tight tension control.

QUALITY CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION
Thickness and gauge profile, tensile strength, elongation, haze and gloss, coefficient of friction, seal strength and where required WVTR or OTR are checked on every production lot. A batch certificate of analysis (COA) is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.

ORDER TERMS
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight (30 percent deposit, balance against copy of B/L for T/T). Other terms can be discussed.
MOQ: 1 roll for a trial order, 1 tonne for production runs.
Lead time: 7-15 days for stock gauges, 20-25 days for custom specification and slitting.
Port of loading: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Packing: moisture barrier film wrap, palletised or packed in wooden cases, customer label accepted.

CUSTOMISATION
Web width, speed, rewind shaft number, corona unit and static eliminator can be configured. Installation guidance and spare parts are provided.
