Qeehua QEKR Frequency-Pulse DC Power Supply

The QEKR frequency-pulse power supply is Qeehua’s controlled DC equipment for industrial electroplating and oxidation workshops. The published product range supports standard DC, single-pulse, DC-superimposed pulse and positive/negative pulse arrangements. A touchscreen is used for process settings and monitoring.

The manufacturer’s family table lists AC380V plus or minus 10 percent input at 50 or 60 Hz, an output-voltage range up to 110 V and an output-current range up to 5000 A. These are catalogue ranges: the ordered unit’s rated output and the available operating envelope must be confirmed for the selected configuration. Air- or water-cooling is reviewed against the installation conditions.

Before specifying equipment, provide the plating process, bath load, required current and voltage, waveform, duty cycle, control interface and cooling-water conditions where applicable.
