Description

The GF2018 is a high-voltage wireless primary current sensor designed for stable and accurate current data recording in utility and severe industrial environments. It utilizes 433MHz wireless transmission technology for reliable data transfer without the need for physical cables. Constructed from a durable PC-ABS composite and featuring advanced waterproofing, the sensor is engineered for continuous operation in extreme weather conditions.

Key features include the ability to collect and analyze load profiles, check for load balance, and clamp onto power lines within seconds. Its patented open CT sensor provides ±1% accuracy. The unit can be left deployed on the line to record readings at 15-minute intervals for over 90 days. Data is downloaded via the included PC-Link Software, which facilitates direct export to Microsoft Excel and PDF for generating detailed reports and graphs.

The sensor employs True RMS inductive Rogowski coil technology without magnetic materials, electronically closing the sensor opening and rejecting external currents. This design offers performance that exceeds that of standard clamp-on sensors. It is securely installed on the line using a standard insulating bar. The housing is resistant to shock, flame, and water, ensuring safe operation across a wide temperature range.

PC-Link Software provides a user-friendly interface to download, view, query, and export the recorded data directly into Excel through the 433MHz wireless port.
