Description

This fully enclosed transformer oil vacuum dehydrator plant is designed for purification, dehydration, and degassing of insulating oil, effectively restoring dielectric strength and insulating properties. It is suitable for use during the installation and maintenance of large transformer equipment, including 110kV to 500kV systems, and is also effective for treating new and high-grade imported oils.

The unit features a double-stage vacuum system with a powerful vacuum pump capable of reaching an ultimate vacuum value of ≤5Pa. It is equipped with advanced automatic control systems, including thermostat, liquid level, defoaming, and pressure protection, ensuring high-performance and safe operation. The design includes interchangeable inlet and outlet ports, allowing for hose connection flexibility without needing to change lines.

• Low noise, high working vacuum strength, and high-efficiency filtration
• Frequency conversion flow control for use with transformers of different sizes
• Optional online PPM meter and digital flow meter with accumulator function
• Sensitive automatic pressure protection, infrared liquid level control, and oil-heating interlock safety systems
• On-line measurement and recording of process parameters

This system can also be used for transformer vacuum oil filling and for vacuum drying of various types of wet electrical equipment.
