Processed glass
1. Tempered glass
Tempered glass also called toughened glass. After high-temperature heating and rapid cooling, the strength of the glass is increased. Laminated glass is consisting of two or more pieces of glass which are joined together by PVB, EVA or SGP. Longyang laminated glass is normally used when there is a possibility of human impact or where the glass could fall and shatter, such as glass railings, stairs , floors. Besides, laminated glass also has the effect of blocking UV light and sound insulation, so laminated glass is also widely used in IGU glass for curtain walls and windows.

3.Insulated glass
Insulating glass consists of two or more pieces of glass sealed around the edges with an air space between. Acid etched glass is normally used for anti-glare glass, anti-skid glass stairs, decorative kitchen cabinet doors, shower glass and other decorative usage.

Specialty glass
Besides, longyang glass can also offer specialty glass , such as fire-proof glass(Fire resistance glass), AG (Anti-glare), AR (Anti- reflective) and Anti-skid glass , etc.
The fire-proof glass is a single piece of high stress fire-proof glass manufactured by tempering process. When one side of the glass is exposed to fire, it can prevent flame penetration within a certain period of time and maintain good fire resistance integrity.
AG glass, called anti-glare glass, is a specially processed glass. Its characteristic is to make the original glass reflective surface into a matte non-reflective surface. The principle is the smoothness of the glass sheet of both sides or one side through special processing to lower reflection ratio, and the reflectivity of light is reduced from 8% to less than 1%.
Anti-reflective glass is produced by coating process, it can dramatically reduce the reflective interference. Light transmittance≥98%, reflectance <1%, color rendering index ≥99.5%.Application areas: Museum and commercial displays, picture frames, mobile phones and cameras of various instrumentsetc.
