Pakmaya Fresh Yeast can be used in the production of various fermented products. All kinds of breads, buns and fermented pastry products are typical examples of applications. Pakmaya Fresh Yeast is suited for both traditional and industrial baking processes.

The shelf life is 40 days from the production date if stored between 2-6°C.
Quantity of Pakmaya Fresh Yeast may vary according to the recipe as well as to the baking process. The recommended levels are 2 .5? 4.5 % based on flour weight.
