Precision Deep Drawn Parts

Precision deep drawn parts are seamless metal shells, cans, cups, caps and enclosures formed from flat blanks on 5–500 ton press lines instead of being rolled and welded. Aunov draws 304 and 316L stainless steel, DC04 carbon steel, 5052/3003 aluminum and copper alloys, so a part leaves the press with no weld line, a controlled bore and a repeatable wall.

Every die is built in our own toolroom, which keeps design changes and sampling inside the factory. Typical dimensional tolerance is ±0.05 mm, tightening to ±0.02 mm after ironing, with drawing depth up to 150 mm. Limiting drawing ratios measured on our lines are about 2.1–2.2 for DC04, 1.85–2.05 for 304 stainless steel and 1.80–1.95 for 5052 aluminum. Trimming, piercing, tapping, welding and CNC finishing follow in the same shop.
