Hangzhou Aunov Tech Co., Ltd. is a deep drawing manufacturer producing custom stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass parts for automotive, energy storage, sensing and industrial applications. We run press lines from 5 to 500 tonnes, draw to 150 mm in a single stroke, and hold wall thickness within ±0.05 mm. Tooling is designed and maintained in-house, so drawability issues surface at sampling stage rather than after production. Every enquiry includes a DFM review, and we report limiting draw ratio and thinning per feature before tooling is cut. ISO 9001 controlled, RoHS compliant, MOQ from 1,000 pieces.
