Deep Drawn Sensor Housings
A sensor housing protects the sensing element while holding the assembly fit and standing up to media, moisture and EMI. Aunov deep draws 304 and 316L stainless steel, brass and copper alloys into seamless cylindrical, stepped and flanged shells for automotive oxygen sensors, temperature and pressure probes, and industrial or medical instruments. Closed ends, ports, threads and mounting flanges are formed to print.
Size is held through the drawing passes: typical tolerance ±0.05 mm, tightening to ±0.02 mm after ironing, with drawing depth up to 150 mm on 5–500 ton presses. Tooling is built in-house and secondary welding, tapping, CNC finishing and surface treatment run in the same shop. MOQ is 1,000 pieces and a forming-feasibility analysis with quotation is returned within 24 hours. Sealing class and leakage limits are set by your drawing and test specification rather than assumed by us.
