Motor End Covers, Motor Cans

Automotive motor components are the drawn or stamped housings, cans, end covers, shields, brackets and yokes used in wiper motors, starter motors, window regulators, fuel pumps and heater blower motors. The housing has to hold bearing seats and assembly fits, keep the end cover concentric and repeat across production volumes. Aunov forms these parts to customer drawings on 5–500 ton press lines in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys, then adds plating, trimming, piercing, tapping and CNC finishing.

Dies are built in-house. Typical tolerance is ±0.05 mm, tightening to ±0.02 mm after ironing, with drawing depth up to 150 mm. MOQ is 1,000 pieces and a forming-feasibility analysis with quotation is returned within 24 hours of receiving your drawing. End covers with flanges, shaft bosses, side holes or slots are formed and machined under one roof rather than split between two suppliers.
