Deep Drawn Tubes & Sleeves
Deep drawn tubes and sleeves are thin-wall metal tubes formed from flat blanks with no longitudinal weld line, used in expansion valves, solenoid valves, oxygen-sensor fittings and fluid-control assemblies. Aunov draws 304 and 316L stainless steel, brass and copper alloys on 5–500 ton press lines, controlling bore and outside diameter through die design and ironing rather than through a rolled seam.
Stepped profiles, rolled or flanged ends, side holes, closed ends, threads and mounting flanges are added to print, with trimming and CNC finishing in the same factory. Typical tolerance is ±0.05 mm, tightening to ±0.02 mm after ironing, and drawing depth up to 150 mm. Because tooling is built in-house, revisions do not wait on an outside die maker. MOQ is 1,000 pieces and a forming-feasibility analysis plus quotation comes back within 24 hours of receiving your drawing.
