Excel - Bread Improvers

Description

It is a bread improver in powder form, developed for the production of all kinds of baguettes and white breads.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, soya flour, anticaking agent (E170), saccharose, emulsifier (E472e), oxidizing agent (E300), enzyme (fungal alpha amylase).

Storage
The shelf life is 1 year if stored in a cool and dry place.

Recommend Usage
500 g for 100 kg of flour.

Packaging
20 x 500 bags.
