Eastern Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has established long-term partnerships with enterprises such as Baosteel, Voestalpine, MCC, CASC, CETC, Halliburton, Tenaris, Doosan, and others. The company exports to markets in Europe, Brazil, the USA, India, Iran, Russia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Pakistan, South Africa, and Egypt. Since 2010, it has also supplied pipe and metallurgical equipment originating from China.

Production and quality are supported by modern pipe-rolling facilities, unique equipment, and methods for quality control and testing.

Steel pipe is produced from two basic forms of steel: the round billet and the slab. There are four primary production methods:
• Fusion Weld (Continuous Weld): A process for sizes 1/8” to 4-1/2” where heated steel is formed into an oval and the edges are pressed together to create a forged weld without added metal.
• Seamless Pipe (SMLS): Produced by heating and piercing a solid round billet to create a hollow shell, which is then finished to the required size and wall thickness. It is available in sizes from 1/8” to 26”.
• Electric Resistance Weld (ERW): Cold-formed from coiled steel into a cylindrical shape, where the edges are heated with an electric charge and welded together. It can be produced in continuous lengths.
• Double Submerged Arc Weld (DSAW): A process where the welding arc is submerged in flux for protection, performed on both the inside and outside of the pipe in separate processes.
