Our manufacturing facility, located in the High-Tech Development Zone of Shijiazhuang City, is supported by over 80 pieces of sophisticated equipment, including CNC machines, a direct reading spectrometer, a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and rapid prototyping machines. This infrastructure provides full in-house capabilities for material inspection, casting, welding, machining, assembly, and performance testing. Our production capacity allows us to handle castings weighing up to 12 tons and machine components with diameters exceeding 5 meters, with an annual output of over 10,000 pump units.

Technical Capabilities:
Our status as a High & New Tech Enterprise is supported by a municipal-level research and development center. The R&D team consists of more than 280 technicians, including 45 senior engineers and 26 industry experts. The center is equipped with a material laboratory, physical and chemical labs, 3D scanning equipment, a MAXUM II spectrometer, a 3D coordinate measuring machine, and utilizes advanced software for metallographic analysis, casting simulation, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), product lifecycle management (PLM), and computer-aided process planning (CAPP). We employ specialized casting technologies such as Lost Foam and Vacuum Casting to enhance product performance.
