About
Hydroman (A Tobee Pump Brand) specializes in the engineering and manufacturing of heavy-duty submersible pumps for challenging applications. Our core product range includes submersible slurry pumps, submersible sand pumps, submersible dredging pumps, submersible agitator slurry pumps, dewatering pumps, sludge pumps, sewage pumps, and hydraulic slurry pumps. We also provide a full suite of compatible accessories such as cutterheads, agitators, strainers, cooling jackets, sparge rings, and hydraulic oil stations. These solutions are engineered to handle abrasive materials including rocks, gravel, sand, slag, minerals, bentonite, and solids in wastewater.
Our production is supported by over 80 pieces of sophisticated equipment, including CNC machinery, a director reading spectrometer, a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and rapid prototyping systems. This infrastructure enables complete in-house capabilities from material inspection and casting to machining, assembly, and performance testing. We can machine castings with a maximum diameter of over 5 meters and our products achieve flow rates exceeding 1,000 cubic meters per hour. The annual production capacity exceeds 10,000 pump units.
Technical development is driven by a dedicated team of over 120 technicians, including 25 senior engineers and 17 experts. Our R&D center utilizes advanced resources such as a material laboratory, physical and chemical labs, 3D scanning equipment, metallographic analysis software, casting simulation software, and proprietary Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) programs for optimizing impeller and volute designs. We employ specialized processes like Lost Foam Casting and Vacuum Casting technology to enhance product performance and wear life.
