Permanent Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer and supplier of carbon steel pipe, stainless steel tube, hollow sections, casing pipe, and a comprehensive range of piping equipment. Our product portfolio includes bends, caps, couplings, elbows, reducers, stub ends, tees, olets, joints, and gaskets. The company operates from a headquarters in Hunan, with production facilities located in Shandong and Tianjin.

We supply products in accordance with major international standards as well as custom customer specifications, offering a wide variety of steel grades, dimensions, and execution requirements. Client-specific requirements on tolerances, lengths, and mechanical or corrosion properties are available upon request.

Our manufacturing operations are supported by extensive technical capabilities, operating on a 250,000 m2 area that houses foundry, rolling, and extrusion mills. The facility operates under a strict management system certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards. Production meets the requirements of Unified European Standards (EN) as well as BS, DIN, ASTM, JIS, and other international standards or specific customer requests.

An independent quality assurance department ensures all manufacturing processes adhere to international technical delivery conditions, including ASTM/ASME, EN, and API, as well as specific customer specifications. Our in-house laboratory is equipped to perform a wide array of destructive and non-destructive tests to assure product quality.
